- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sour cream200 ml
- Skimmed condensed milk350 g
- Unflavored gelatin5 g
- Water50 ml
- Frozen berries1 cup
- Dissolve the gelatin in 50 ml of water and hydrate according to the instructions on the package.
- In a blender, add coconut milk, cream, condensed milk and hydrated gelatin. Beat until smooth.
- Place in individual molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Unmold and serve with red fruits.
