- Coconut milk (fresh or bottled)400 ml
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Hot water1/4 cup
- Place the brown sugar in the pudding mold and place in the oven on low until it melts. As soon as it melts, add the hot water and stir. Put it on slowly so it doesn't spill.
- While the syrup rests, you will beat the other ingredients in the blender.
- Beat everything for 4 minutes and then pour it over the syrup, cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven, in a bain-marie, for 1 hour.
- Then put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Unmold after this time.
