- Corn starch500 g
- grated coconut1 cup
- In a bowl, place 250g of margarine, two large egg yolks and a cup of sugar. Mix until you get a smooth cream.
- Add 500g of corn starch little by little and knead with your fingertips until smooth. Add a cup of grated coconut tea and mix well
- Make strings, eat the dough and cut them into pieces. Press the surface of each one with a fork. Place in a greased roast, leaving space between them, take it to the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
