Coloque na panela o açúcar e água deixe virar uma caldinha em ponto de fio,depois coloque o coco, mexa até secar a água, daí coloque o leite condensado mexa até desgrudar do fundo da panela, modele as cocadas em uma forma untada com manteiga ou papel manteiga deixe elas secar e pronto só se deliciar.
