- whole milk11/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Fresh or shredded coconut400 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- In a pan, place the milk and sugar.
- Turn the heat to high and when it boils, lower the heat and leave for 5 minutes.
- Then add the grated coconut.
- Mix until it releases from the bottom of the pan and the liquid dries up.
- Add the condensed milk, mix over low heat until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Take portions of the coconut and place on a silicone mat or on a greased surface.
- Allow to dry at room temperature or in the fridge.
