- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut (1 pack 100g)1 unit(s)
- Granulated Tapioca (250g)1 cup
- Put the milk, coconut milk and condensed milk to heat, until it almost boils. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and let hydrate for 10 min.
- Beat for 10 min at high power in the mixer.
- Put it in a pot with a lid and take it to the freezer for 2 hours, hit it again and take it to the freezer.
- Repeat the procedure until it is very creamy, according to your taste. The more you hit the batter and take it to the freezer, the creamier it gets. Let it freeze and it's ready!
