- Place the chocolate to melt in a bain-marie (in the steam of boiling water)
- After melting, place it in the truffle mold and stir in circles so that it is completely filled, leaving space in the middle for the stuffing. Wait for it to harden.
- Place the condensed milk, grated coconut and butter in a pan and mix well.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until smooth. Place in a refractory and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Fill the truffles with coconut filling and use melted chocolate to close the truffle.
- Let it freeze for 50 minutes and that's it.
