- Brewed coffee250 ml

- Sugar (1 and a half cups)1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Cocoa powder1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk (for the topping)1 can(s)
- Sour cream (for the topping)1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder (for the topping)8 tablespoon
- Blend all liquid ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes.
- Gradually add the wheat flour and chocolate powder and beat for another 05 minutes. Finally, add the baking powder to the dough and stir gently.
- Transfer to a greased and floured baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for approximately 30 minutes.
- To check if the cake is baked, pierce it with a fork or wooden toothpick, if it comes out clean, the cake is baked.
- Place the ingredients for the topping in a pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture is coated.
- Unmold the cake onto a serving plate, cover with the icing and decorate as you like.
