  • unsalted butter170 g
  • Bitter cocoa powder50 g
  • Instant coffee20 g
  • Wheat flour60 g
  • Dark chocolate chips170 g
  • Refined sugar200 g
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Sea Salt1 teaspoon
  • Eggs at room temperature3 unit(s)
  1. -Start by heating the oven to 180C
  2. - Melt the butter in a frying pan, heat it until it turns slightly brown, this is called noisette butter.
  3. -When taking the point, quickly change the butter to a cold container and add the 70% chocolate and mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
  4. -In another container, add the eggs and sugar, beat well with the help of a fouet until you no longer feel any grain of sugar.
  5. -Mix the melted chocolate to the eggs and beat until smooth.
  6. -With the help of a sieve, add the flour, cocoa, salt.
  7. -Add vanilla, coffee and chocolate chips.
  8. -Pour the dough in a 25x25 shape, greased and with parchment paper.
  9. -Take it to the preheated oven and raise the temperature to 200C and leave it for 20-25 minutes
  10. -It is necessary to observe well, and to smell the Brownie in the oven, because you will NOT pierce the dough with a fork.
  11. -After the time, remove the Brownie from the oven and let it rest for 2 hours.
  12. -Then you can cut and serve.🔥
