- Dark chocolate 70%120 g
- unsalted butter170 g
- Bitter cocoa powder50 g
- Instant coffee20 g
- Wheat flour60 g
- Dark chocolate chips170 g
- Refined sugar200 g
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt1 teaspoon
- Eggs at room temperature3 unit(s)
- -Start by heating the oven to 180C
- - Melt the butter in a frying pan, heat it until it turns slightly brown, this is called noisette butter.
- -When taking the point, quickly change the butter to a cold container and add the 70% chocolate and mix until the chocolate is completely melted.
- -In another container, add the eggs and sugar, beat well with the help of a fouet until you no longer feel any grain of sugar.
- -Mix the melted chocolate to the eggs and beat until smooth.
- -With the help of a sieve, add the flour, cocoa, salt.
- -Add vanilla, coffee and chocolate chips.
- -Pour the dough in a 25x25 shape, greased and with parchment paper.
- -Take it to the preheated oven and raise the temperature to 200C and leave it for 20-25 minutes
- -It is necessary to observe well, and to smell the Brownie in the oven, because you will NOT pierce the dough with a fork.
- -After the time, remove the Brownie from the oven and let it rest for 2 hours.
