- Put the sugar In the pan, let it dissolve well, until the caramel forms. With caramel formed, add the filtered and cold coffee, and stir until dissolved, after dissolving and forming a thread, add it to the pudding mold and leave to cool.
- In a blender, mix the ingredients, the 3 eggs, condensed milk and the same amount of condensed milk, beat.
- After the caramel has cooled in the pan, add the milk mixture and let it cool.
- Put it in the fridge and the next day, place the mold on the fire, to melt the caramel a little and unmold.
