Coffee cream

Em uma batedeira colocar o creme de leite gelado e o café solúvel em pó e bater. Aos poucos vai colocando o açúcar bater até ficar cremoso. Reserve.
Com a batedeira novamente bater as claras em neve até ficar firme.
Misturar delicadamente as claras em neve com o creme.

In a mixer put the ice cream and soluble coffee powder and beat. Gradually add the sugar and beat until creamy. Reserve.
With the mixer again beat the egg whites until stiff.
Gently mix the egg whites with the cream.

Em uma taça colocar um pouco do creme e depois o biscoito de Maizena e o suspiro picado e as gotas de chocolate em seguida colocar o creme novamente. 
Em cima da taça colocar algumas gostas de chocolate e um suspiro.
