- sour cream2 can(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Unflavored gelatin6 teaspoon
- Instant coffee3 dessert spoon
- Milk 1 (cup of coffee)1 cup
- Dilute the gelatin in the milk in a bain-marie
- Dissolve the instant coffee in the whey of the cream
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and place in the serving bowl.
- Put to freeze. Garnish with instant coffee beans.
- Serve with or without whipped cream
