- In a pan, melt the sugar until golden. Add the hot water, stir well and let it boil until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens. Line the pudding mold with this syrup and set aside In a blender, beat the eggs with the instant coffee, milk and condensed milk. Pour into the reserved form, cover with aluminum foil, sealing well. Light and medium oven (preheated) at 180 degrees, in a bain-marie with hot water, for about 1h and 30m. You can make it in your own pudding pot too. Once cool, unmold and serve chilled.
