- Start by preparing the syrup, pour all the sugar into the pudding mold, take it to the fire and melt all the sugar, use a spoon to help, *protect your hands, as the mold will heat up. With the syrup ready, spread it all over the mold and set aside.
- In a blender, blend the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour everything into the mold, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie for 45 minutes at 180°, or until you stick with a toothpick and it comes out dry.
