- Sour cream 200ml2 unit(s)
- Unflavored gelatin (envelope)1 unit(s)
- Instant coffee (sugar free)1 cup
- Crystal sugar (caramel)5 tablespoon
- Beat the condensed milk, cream and the ready coffee in a blender (make a cup of soluble coffee without sugar)
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to package directions and add the blender mixture and blend for another minute.
- Prepare the caramel syrup by placing the sugar in the form of a removable ring and taking it to the fire to melt. Gently stir the mold so it doesn't burn. Leave on low heat until all the sugar has melted.
- Add the blender mixture in the form with the caramel and take it to the fridge. This one I made after breakfast and it was ready by lunch time, taking an average of 3 hours.
- Unmold and enjoy as a family.
