- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut - For Dough50 g
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Condensed Milk1/2 unit(s)
- Coconut Milk1 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Milk for the Syrup1/2 cup
- In a mixer beat the butter and sugar until it becomes a whitish cream. Add the eggs and beat. Gradually add the wheat flour and milk and beat well.
- Lastly put the grated coconut and baking soda and mix with a fue. Take to bake in a square and greased shape until the golden cake.
- In a bowl put condensed milk, coconut milk, milk and grated coconut. Mix well and after the cake is cold, put this mixture on top and take it to freeze.
