- 200g box of sour cream04 unit(s)
- 35g boxes of grape-flavored gelatin02 unit(s)
- 35g boxes of passion fruit flavor gelatin02 unit(s)
- For every 02 jellies: 1 cup of 300 ml of warm water to dissolve01 cup
- Oil for greasing the mold01 coffee spoon
- Dissolve the two boxes of grape-flavored gelatin in a cup of warm water, and place it in the blender, adding the two boxes of very cold cream, beating well, until it forms a foam.
- Then in a greased shape with oil (don't worry, it doesn't taste like it) pour the beaten liquid and take it to freeze for 1 hour, until it hardens.
- Afterwards, do the same process as above with the passion fruit gelatin and pour over the grape gelatin, already chilled in the mold. Refrigerate until hardened, also 1 hour.
- When the dessert is already very cold and consistent, just unmold it in a container, serve and taste this delight!
- Note: The flavors of each two jellies can be your preference. Dessert can also be made, if you prefer, with light ingredients.
