- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Butter50 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Essence of Panettone1 tablespoon
- Milk chocolate150 g
- Cocoa Powder 50%1/4 cup
- Almond Flour1/2 cup
- Icing Sugar1/2 cup
- Sugar50 g
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Water150 g
- In a bowl put 60 grs. of wheat flour, the dry biological yeast and 80 ml of water and mix well and then let it rest until it increases in volume.
- In the mixer put the rest of the wheat flour, the two egg yolks, the sugar, the salt, the rest of the water, butter, panettone essence, the cocoa powder and the resting mixture. Hit well.
- Then place the dough on a bench and add the chocolate to the chopped milk and mix it throughout the dough. Put the dough in a greased shape and let it rest until it increases in volume.
- Place the egg whites, icing sugar and almond flour in a bowl. Mix well and place on top of bread and bake. For 25 minutes or until golden.
