- can of sour cream1 unit(s)
- can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Boil a finger of water and dissolve the gelatin. Just after adding 2 fingers of ice water.
- Wash the milk jug, and repeat with the other 3 flavors
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours. I usually use a soup plate or 500 ml disposable packaging.
- When it's hard, just cut it and throw it in a single container. If it's to eat at home, I put it straight in a container with a lid, if it's for a special occasion, I put it in a silicone mold.
- Beat the cream, condensed milk and unflavored gelatin in a blender (dissolve beforehand in a cup of coffee with hot water). Add 2 ice cubes.
- Just mix with the colored jellies and leave another 4 hours in the fridge.
