- Prepare the 4 jellies of the chosen flavors using only half the amount of water indicated on the package That is, using 150 milliliters of boiling water to dissolve the powder, then adding 100 milliliters of cold water . Place the final mixtures of each flavor in preferably square containers and take it to the fridge for about 15 minutes or until hardened.
- Hydrate the unflavored gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions, using 5 tablespoons of water heated for 15 seconds in the microwave.
- In the blender, place the cream, condensed milk and hydrated gelatin. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is formed and set aside.
- With the jellies ready, cut them into cubes and place them all in the same container.
- Pour the cream into this container and mix carefully to distribute the cubes of different flavors of gelatin.
- Transfer the final mixture to the chosen form to serve or unmold. . Place in the fridge for 3 hours or until the dessert has hardened.
- Unmold and serve
