  3. Acrescente os cajus cuidadosamente e fure com ajuda de um garfo
  4. Nesse momento os cajus soltam todo suco
  5. Abaixe o fogo e deixe cozinhar até reduzir a calda novamente Cerca de 25 minutos
  6. Acrescente os cravos
  7. Assim que a calda engrossar jĂĄ pode desligar
  8. Aguarde esfriar naturalmente com a panela aberta
  9. Leve para gelar e jĂĄ pode ser servido
