- Milk powder3/4 cup
- Chocolate500 g
- Popsicle In a blender, beat the cream together with the condensed milk and powdered milk.
- Pour this mixture into a popsicle mold (you can use a disposable cup and popsicle stick) and freeze for 3-4 hours.
- After unmolding, return the popsicles to the freezer for another 10 minutes.
- Syrup Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds and set aside in a large glass.
- Mounting After 10 minutes in the freezer, dip the popsicles in the melted chocolate so that it covers the entire popsicle.
- In a shape with butter paper or aluminum foil, support the popsicles with the syrup and take it to the freezer until hardened.
