- Sugar (for syrup)1 cup
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender (except the sugar as it will be for the syrup). In the aluminum mold where the dough will be placed, make the caramel (melt the sugar). After the caramel is ready, add the pudding mass beaten in the blender. Take it to the oven in a water bath, from 45 to 60 min, observe the point waiting for a toothpick, when it comes out clean, it's ready to be turned off. Take the fridge for at least 3 hours, unmold after that time and just enjoy. Hope you like it.
