Condensed Milk Pudding

Em uma panela, acrescente o açúcar e derreta em fogo baixo até virar uma calda. Acrescente um pouco de água,com cuidado e misture até diluir todo o açúcar derretido. Coloque em uma forma de alumínio com furo e leve à geladeira.

In a pan, add the sugar and melt over low heat until it turns into a syrup. Add a little water, carefully and mix until all the melted sugar is dissolved. Put it in an aluminum shape with a hole and take it to the fridge.

No liquidificador, acrescente os ovos, uma lata de leite condensado e a mesma quantidade de leite de vaca. Bata por cerca de 3 minutos.

In the blender, add the eggs, a can of condensed milk and the same amount of cow's milk. Beat for about 3 minutes.

Com a calda fria, acrescente a mistura do liquidificador na forma e leve para assar a 180 graus por 1 hora ou até que fique firme. Retire do forno e espere esfriar para desenformar.

With the cold syrup, add the blender mixture in the shape and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour or until it is firm. Remove from the oven and wait to cool before unmolding.
