- Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- For the syrup: melt the sugar carefully so it doesn't burn, then add the water and let it boil until it has a molasses texture. Spread the syrup all over the pudding mold and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, egg and milk.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put everything in the shape and take it to the oven in a bain-marie for 2:00hs. The form must be covered with aluminum foil.
- After cooking. Take the fridge without turning. Wait for it to freeze completely. Run a knife around the pan or put it on the stove for a few seconds to let the pudding completely release. Place a tray on top of the pan and turn it quickly so that it completely releases and doesn't break. Now just enjoy this wonder of the gods.
