- Syrup: Bring 1 cup of sugar to a boil, and stir until the sugar melts, then add 100 ml of water. And stir when it gets the texture of syrup, turn off the heat and pour the syrup into the pudding mold.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for 3 minutes.
- Then add it to the form. Bake in a bain-marie until done.
- Once the pudding has cooled, put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Then unmold and serve.
