- Syrup - sugar1 cup
- Hot water20 ml
- Pudding - condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk as per the condensed milk box2 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- In a pan, melt the sugar until golden.
- Add the hot water and stir with a spoon.
- Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
- Forre the syrup in a mold and set aside
- PUDDING- in a blender, beat all the pudding ingredients and pour into the reserved form.
- Bake in a medium oven at 180°C and bain-marie for about an hour and 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for about 5 hours.
- Unmold and serve next.
