- Melt the sugar until it turns brown, add the water and let it thicken. Reserve the syrup and let it cool.
- Beat all the pudding ingredients in the blender, first beat the eggs well so it doesn't taste like eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients and let it beat well.
- Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes with the pudding shape inside a larger shape with water. Cover the pudding mold with aluminum foil. After that, poke a fork to see if it is well done. Let cool completely and unmold.
