- 1 cup (tea) of sugar1 cup
- 1 cup of hot water (tea)1 cup
- 1 MOÇA® Milk (can or box) 395 g1 can(s)
- 2 measures (from the can) of NINHO® Forti+ Whole Liquid Milk (790 ml)2 can(s)
- 3 eggs2 to taste
- Syrup: In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden.
- Add the hot water and stir with a spoon.
- Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
- Line a mold with a central hole (19 cm in diameter) with the syrup and set aside.
- Pudding In a blender, beat all the pudding ingredients and pour into the reserved form.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for about 6 hours.
- Unmold and serve next.
