- Condensed milk450 g
- Whole milk396 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- In the blender put the whole eggs, milk, sugar and condensed milk. Beat for 3 minutes and set aside.
- For the syrup you will add in the form of your preference, a cup of sugar, in low fire, melt all the sugar until the point of caramel, do not let it burn.
- After melting the sugar, add the mixture that was made in the blender. In a bain-marie, bake the pudding for about 1 to 1 hour and a half, depending on the power of your oven.
- After baking the pudding, let it cool and take it to the fridge for another 1 hour, after cold, unmold and serve.
