- Place the eggs in the blender and beat for about 3 minutes. Add condensed milk and milk and beat again.
- Syrup - in a pan put the sugar and let it melt. As soon as it melts, add the water and mix well until you get a smooth and beautiful syrup.
- In a round baking dish with a hole in the middle, place the melted sugar in the bottom and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, pour the batter into the pan. Take it to the preheated oven, bake in a medium oven for 1 hour, in a bain-marie. Then remove from the oven and let it cool, put it in the fridge for approximately 5 to 6 hours. Then just taste this delight.
