- In the blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk (use the can of condensed milk as a measure). For five minutes and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Put the sugar in the pudding mold and leave it on low fluff until it turns into a caramel.
- Place the pudding mass in the already caramelized form, being careful not to foam.
- Close the pan with aluminum foil and cook in a bain-marie for 45 minutes (or until the toothpick comes out clean), over high heat (on the stove top).
- After letting the temperature drop, unmold and put in the fridge.
