- Recipe
- Condensed milk395 g
- Water250 ml
- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk250 ml
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Aluminum foil1 unit(s)
- In low fire, add the cup of sugar in the pan, always stirring, until it doesn't stick.
- When the sugar is all melted, add a spoon of vinegar and mix well. Don't worry, the syrup won't taste like vinegar.
- Add the water little by little, being careful not to splash it on your face and not to add too much water. Ideally, the water that is added here is at room temperature, not iced.
- When you don't have any sugar pebbles, turn off the heat and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, condensed milk, and milk in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Turn the oven to 180 degrees and let it preheat.
- Pour the syrup prepared previously in the form in which you will put the pudding
- Then put the prepared pudding in the blender in the same way
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Put water to boil to put it in the form that will go into the oven together with the pudding
- Take the covered form where our pudding is, and put it inside a bigger one. Preferably it is deeper, so that we can put the boiling water on the sides
- Now add the boiling water, don't add too much so you don't run the risk of it overflowing and you'll burn yourself when you take it out.
- Take the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 1h30min.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- And it's ready 🥰
