- Milk400 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Boiling water1/2 cup
- Put the sugar in a pan and let the sugar caramelize. Add the hot water and let it come to a boil. Place in the pudding mold. Reserve.
- Separate the whites and sift the yolks. In a bowl put the condensed milk, milk, whites and yolks and mix with a fouet.
- Pour the liquid through a sieve. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180º in a bain-marie and bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours before unmolding.
- Serve cold.
