- Crystal sugar1 cup
- Hot water1/2 cup
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, place the sugar to caramelize over low heat. Stir slowly so it doesn't burn.
- Once the sugar is completely dissolved, add the hot water little by little. It is important that it is hot to make a very smooth and fluid syrup.
- Once everything is uniform, with no sugar residue, let the syrup cool completely in a glass container. Reserve.
- In a blender, mix the condensed milk, eggs and milk. Whisk for approximately 3 minutes, so it doesn't foam too much.
- In a shape with a hole in the middle of 18 cm in diameter, put the cold syrup and then put the blender mixture. Cover the form with aluminum foil.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the pudding to bake in a bain-marie for 2 hours. Then leave it at room temperature until it goes from warm to cold, about 1 hour. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours. After this time, unmold the pudding wherever you prefer!
