- Melt the sugar and spread it over the mold, then separate the whites from the yolks and sift the yolks, put them in a blender and blend together with the other ingredients for 8 minutes.
- Pour it in the caramelized form and put it to bake in a preheated oven at 210° for 45 minutes, if you want it darker, leave it for a few more minutes.
- Let it cool and store in the fridge for about 5 hours.
- Remove from the fridge, warm up the pan to make it easier to unmold.
