- Let's start by preparing the pudding syrup. In the form of the pudding, put the sugar and take it to melt over low heat. When the sugar is already melted, add the water, and let it boil until the caramel is very creamy. Let cool.
- Place the milk, condensed milk and eggs in a blender. Beat for 2 minutes *TIP: PASS THE BEAM THROUGH A SIEVE BEFORE PLACING IT IN THE FORM, THIS WILL PREVENT YOUR PUDDING FROM SMELLING EGG. After placing the beat in the form, cover with aluminum foil, and take it to bake in a water bath for 1 hour. Once baked, place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Then just unmold carefully (pass a knife on the sides to help loosen) And it's ready to serve.
