- In a container, add all the ingredients. Using a whisk, mix all the ingredients well. Add in the form of pudding, already with the syrup of your choice. After adding the liquid to the pan, place aluminum foil on top of the pan. Drill 4 small holes in the aluminum pallet. Place the pudding mold on top of another baking sheet that is already filled with lukewarm water. And bake in a bain-marie. For approximately 2 hours. Oven preheated for about 5 minutes before adding the pudding at 180° Keep an eye out because if the water starts to dry you have to add more water (and always add lukewarm water) Remove from oven after 2 two. Let it cool down a bit and put it in the fridge for about 3 hours. After that, just turn the pudding, in the shape of your preference. And it's ready to eat.
