- In the basin add the cream, condensed milk and milk, mix with the fuê. After that, add 2 egg whites to the dough and 6 egg yolks passing through a sieve. Mix everything, pass the whole mass through a sieve!
- For the caramel sauce, melt 2 cups of sugar in a pan, after everything has melted, gradually add a cup of water at room temperature, be careful as it will be very hot. After cooling, put it in shape and add the dough.
- With the caramel in the mold, and the dough already sieved, bake it in the bain-marie oven at a low temperature (only the low heating element is on) here, ovens range from higher temperatures to 180 degrees (if your oven is very hot, use a lower temperature) it takes around 1:30 baking.
- After baking, wait to cool down, take it to the fridge and after 6 hours you can unmold it.
