- Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Warm Water500 ml
- Milk (same measure as condensed milk)395 g
- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Water150 ml
- Vanilla essence (optional)1 tablespoon
- To prepare the pudding: Dilute the colorless gelatin in warm water.
- Add the condensed milk, cream and diluted gelatin to the Blender and beat for 2 (two) minutes. Reserve.
- To prepare the caramelized syrup: Place the sugar in a pan and heat over low heat until melted.
- Once melted, add water little by little and stir.
- After the syrup is all diluted, add the vanilla essence and keep stirring until the syrup thickens.
- To know if the syrup is ready, take a little syrup with a spoon and pour. If it forms a thread, it's already done.
- Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with the syrup.
- Add the reserved mixture in the form and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.
- When it's firm, just delight yourself!
