Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
Sour cream200 g
Condensed milk395 g
Warm Water500 ml
Milk (same measure as condensed milk)395 g
Sugar1.1/2 cup
Water150 ml
Vanilla essence (optional)1 tablespoon

To prepare the pudding: Dilute the colorless gelatin in warm water.
Add the condensed milk, cream and diluted gelatin to the Blender and beat for 2 (two) minutes. Reserve.
To prepare the caramelized syrup: Place the sugar in a pan and heat over low heat until melted.
Once melted, add water little by little and stir.
After the syrup is all diluted, add the vanilla essence and keep stirring until the syrup thickens.
To know if the syrup is ready, take a little syrup with a spoon and pour. If it forms a thread, it's already done.
Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with the syrup.
Add the reserved mixture in the form and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.
When it's firm, just delight yourself!
