- Milk (I used the measure of the can of condensed milk)1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Hot water1/2 cup
- In a pan, add the sugar and heat over low heat until it melts, add the water carefully (you can splash it) and stir until the lumps that form are dissolved. Pour into a hole shape and set aside
- In the blender cup, separate the yolks from the whites and sift the yolks to remove the film (the one that smells like eggs 🤢)
- Add condensed milk and milk
- Beat well and pour the mixture into the mold with the caramel (I like to strain it just in case)
- Bake in a bain-marie at 180°C for approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Unmold ice cream
