- Milk200 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar for the syrup1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Pudding Add the eggs, condensed milk and milk in the blender, beat everything for 5 minutes. Reserve
- Syrup Melt the sugar in the pan until it turns brown, add the water and let it thicken.
- Put the syrup in a round shape with a central hole, pour the pudding dough on top.
- Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, with the round roast inside a larger one with water.
- Prick a fork to see if it's cooked through.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
