- Ice cream: sugar1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence2 mg

- fresh ice cream whipped to whipped cream200 ml

- Blend the ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes.
- Pour into a central cone (18 cm diameter x 7 cm high) greased with butter.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for 1 hour or until firm (do the toothpick test). use ice cream

- Heat the sugar over low heat until it melts and forms a caramel.
- Add the vanilla, spread it out on a silicone mat (or greased surface), and once it dries, break it into very small pieces. Reserve.
- Beat the pudding in the mixer until smooth (about 2 minutes) and, delicately, incorporate the whipped cream and half of the caramel crunch.
- Pour into a jar with a lid and take it to the freezer for 4 hours or until completely hardened.
- Serve garnished with the remaining crunchy.
