- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk (measurement of the condensed milk box)1 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Syrup: Sugar1 cup
- First, mix all the ingredients well in the blender. For 5 minutes.
- After beating well, set aside and let's make the syrup.
- Syrup: In a pan, put the sugar and take it to the low fire and keep stirring until all the sugar melts and it becomes a caramel.
- Place in a round shape with a hole in the middle, spread the sugar on the sides of the shape and then add the dough.
- In a pan put 2 fingers of water (this pan has to be bigger than the shape) put the shape inside the pan and take it to medium fire and cover and let it cook for 25 minutes.
- After that time, test with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Let cool completely to unmold.
