- First put the sugar in a pan and take it to the low fire, until it turns a caramel. Be careful it burns super fast. Once all the sugar has melted, pour the syrup into the pudding mold.
- Beat the condensed milk, eggs and milk well in the blender. Until smooth. And put it in the form that the syrup is.
- Finally, take it to the oven in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour. And it's done! A tip when unmolding. It's completely cold (I always leave it in the fridge before unmolding) and when it's time to unmold it, I heat it up slightly, on the stove top, to melt the caramel and not stick or break.
