- First I make the syrup. In a pan put the sugar, as soon as it starts to melt around, I start to stir in low fire so it doesn't burn.
- After the sugar is completely broken up and is golden brown, carefully add the water and leave it on the fire until the syrup thickens and the sugar dissolves.
- Place in a pudding mold and set aside. Put the eggs, milk in the blender and beat well... So that it doesn't smell like eggs.
- Then add the condensed milk and beat some more. Now just put this mixture in the mold with the syrup, and take it to the oven in a bain-marie.
- When it's golden brown, test it with a knife or a toothpick to see if it's good. Take it to the fridge until it gets very cold, unmold and just taste.
