- Corn starch1 tablespoon

- Sugar1 cup
- I start by caramelizing the mold with sugar, until it turns into a syrup.
- Then I put the condensed milk, the cream, the corn starch, the milk and the eggs to beat for 2 minutes in the blender.
- As soon as it hits, put it in the caramelized form.
- Then bake in a bain-marie for an hour in a high oven.
- Once baked, put it in the fridge for 3 hours to cool, you can put it in the freezer to be faster.
- Then just unmold and enjoy.
