- Hot water1/2 cup
- In a pan, melt the sugar, add the water and mix well, until the sugar clumps melt and it becomes a golden caramel. Place in a central hole shape and set aside. For the pudding, beat the condensed milk, milk, and eggs in a blender. Put this mixture in the reserved form, cover with aluminum foil and take it to bake in a water bath for 50 to 60 minutes. Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
